Introduction
The Pico Rivera Department of Parks & Recreation Summer Camps are structured programs for school age children. These programs provide campers with a fun, safe environment where they can participate in exciting activities during the summer months.
Program Design
Grades are according to the 2026-27 school year.

Camp Sites

Kids Camp: Entering Kinder - 2nd Grade (Must be 5yrs. before start of camp)
Camp Alottafun: Entering 3rd - 5th Grade
Located at: Pico Park - 9528 Beverly Blvd. Pico Rivera, CA 90660
Teen Camp: Entering 6th - 8th Grade
Located at: Rio Hondo Park - 8421 San Luis Potosi Pl. Pico Rivera, CA 90660

Registration Info

Summer Camp Registration is Online Only.
Registration will be open at 8:00 a.m. on May 4, 2026
Grades (Entering) Kindergarten-8th Grade (MUST be 5yrs. of age before start of camp)
$140 per child/per week.
Locations: Pico Park, Rio Hondo Park.
Summer Camp is a 8-week program that runs from June 15, 2026, through August 7, 2026.
Limited spots are available and will be accepting registrations until full.
Payment for Week 1 is due upon time of registration.
Weeks 2-8 may be reserved to secure your child's spot.
If you have not submitted payment by payment due dates, your spot will be forfeited. (Please refer to Parent Guide for Reserved Payment due dates)
A Camp T-shirt must be worn daily.
Camp T-shirts are $10.00 each and must be purchased prior to the 1st day of camp. (If needed)
Additional Camp T-shirts can be purchased at Camp Sites (Pico Park & Rio Hondo Park)
Breakfast & Lunch will be provided daily by the Summer Food Service Program.
**Waitlist will be available once spots are full***

Registration & Authorization Form

Summer Camp is a HIGH DEMAND program.
ALL Summer Camp Forms must be completed, uploaded, and submitted upon registration.
Any incomplete forms will be deleted from the household account and must be submitted in-person on the 1st day.

Birth Certificate

Copy of Birth Certificate required at time of registration for Kids Camp (Kinder-2nd grade)

Camp T-shirts

Summer Camp t-shirts must be purchased at time of Registration if needed.
Seasonal Camps will no longer be using previous (Lime Green) camp t-shirts.
Blue t-shirt for Camp Alottafun & Teen Camp
Yellow t-shirt for Kids Camp
Camp t-shirts are $10.00 each.
