Move with purpose! Engage in a full-body workout designed to build endurance, balance, mobility and strength using resistance bands, 1-5 pound weights and calisthenics exercises. Join us today! 

Registrants will need to bring their own resistance band, 1-5 pound dumbbells and water bottle.
