A Family Adventure: Whale Watching (Ages 5yr +)
Set sail from Long Beach on a private charter for an exciting whale and dolphin-watching adventure! Explore the Pacific Ocean, discover local marine wildlife, and learn why protecting our coastal ecosystems matters.
The Rio Hondo Nature Program is for Pico Rivera residents only and is aimed at the youth.
Registered participants who do not attend will not be eligible for future trips for the Rio Hondo Nature Program and will be charged a no-show fee of $20.
Whale Watching @ Long Beach

- Where: Harbor Breeze -Whale Watching
- Time: 7am - 3:30pm
- Ages: 5-17 (Adults must attend with a child age 5-17)
- Departure/Arrival Location: Pico Park, 9528 Beverly Blvd., Pico Rivera, CA 90660
- Check-In: 6:30am-6:45am
- Bus will depart promptly at 7:15am
- Sack Lunch will be provided.
- If you tend to get motion sickness, please provide your own motion sickness medications and take at least 30 minutes prior to boat trip.
- Participants will have free time to explore and enjoy the Long Beach Pike on their own.
