Nippon Kempo is Japanese-style boxing and MMA. Students will learn respect, discipline, and self-defense. This class is aimed at the development of mind and body; martial arts will help you build self-confidence, get ready for lifetime experiences for the whole family.
Note:
Please bring a water bottle, yoga mat, comfortable clothes, and a towel.
A free raffle will take place on the first day of class. The Winner will receive a karate uniform!
